uFactory is an unusual simulator with elements of both sandbox and strategy genres. Here you will take on the role of a manager who will take full control of all aspects of the settlement. You will be engaged in comprehensive development and enrichment of their possessions, growing all sorts of crops and creating the most comfortable living conditions. You will start small when you have no resources to spare, but quite a few ideas in your head which are not easy to put into action. You have to choose the best location for your future settlement; it should be near water and have plenty of vegetation. Then hire employees to help you create your masterpieces. Workers have no place to go, so be sure to create the most comfortable dwelling for them. Workers, in turn, help you get all kinds of useful resources like wood and stone.
