Implement your own rules and laws and properly distribute responsibilities among your subordinates. Take total control over every aspect of the business, allowing you to monitor the prosperity of a particular industry. Disaster looms, and the onus is on you to shoulder the immense responsibility of saving the world. The world is a harsh and dangerous place and you have to do your best to not only keep thousands of people alive, but also to build a civilization in spite of all the harsh conditions.
