Cosa Nostra is an action game in which you will become part of the mafia world and perform various tasks, in order to achieve your goal. Go back in time, namely the early eighties. Here you will be given a number of different tasks and full freedom to complete them. You can change the brute force you use against your opponent, or alternatively you can take him by stealth into your own cunning hands. Sneak around the locations, trying to be inconspicuous, or even build traps from which your rivals will not have the strength to get out. You'll work your way up the career ladder, reaching more and more heights, being honest or going for the deception. Your decisions and actions will always have consequences. The storyline is full of unexpected turns of events that will affect its outcome. You can even watch as your old enemies become your best comrades and companions.
